Hypnose et dépression

La dépression est efficacement traitée par des approches comme les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (Beck & Alford, 2009). L’hypnose n’est pas un traitement en soi mais son ajout dans une thérapie type TCC (hypnothérapie cognitive :Lynn, 2010) ou une thérapie psychodynamique serait efficace.
